I had rather hoped that I could reasonably trust Microsoft with updates, but that trust has been betrayed.

I see infections pretty much every week of malware, or more frequently what is lumped together as “potentially unwanted programs” or PUPs.

A very common infiltration method is to dress up as a good guy, get you to invite them in, and then release heretofore concealed bad guys.

Today I spent quite a while struggling to find drivers for a new Dell XPS 15 laptop. My client purchased one of the new laptops from Dell.

One of my clients is a school.  Teachers occasionally use content from YouTube in their class. It's normally not an issue.
